Your R.I.S.E. Profile must be completed and submitted via the IntellAgents Portal (intellagents.io). If you received direct email communications from your State Association about IntellAgents and our products, that email address is directly connected to your user account on the IntellAgents Portal. You must use this email address to log in and complete your R.I.S.E. Profile.
When you are ready to log in for the first time, click the “Log In” button in the upper right-hand corner, which will take you to a login screen. From here, you must click the “Forgot Password” link. Enter in the same email address from which you’ve received communications about the RISE Report/Profile, then click the “Send Password Reset Email”. You should receive a link via email to reset your password, after which you can log into the IntellAgents Portal and complete your profile! Once you are logged in, click “RISE” in the header menu.
