Account Manager — IntellAgents

Key responsibilities

• Own a dedicated portfolio of client accounts as their single, consistent point of contact

• Help clients set up and reconfigure their account — channels, knowledge base, agent settings, escalation rules — as their needs change

• Respond to and resolve client issues quickly, escalating to product or engineering when needed and seeing it through to a fix

• Proactively check in on accounts to catch problems before the client has to report them

• Walk clients through new features and help them get real use out of the platform

• Track account health and flag churn risk or growth opportunities

• Keep clear, up-to-date records of each account's setup, history, and open issues

Requirements

• Experience in account management, customer success, or technical support for a SaaS or AI product

• Understands how AI agents / voice AI work well enough to configure and troubleshoot the product directly — channels, knowledge base, escalation rules

• Excellent, patient communicator who can explain technical things simply

• Excellent spoken and written English — you'll be on calls with international clients — plus fluent Armenian

• Organized and reliable — clients can count on a fast, consistent response

Nice to have

• Experience with a customer-support, contact-center, or voice-AI product specifically

• Russian language skills

• CRM or helpdesk tooling experience
